What is the number format?
Use the international format without a plus sign and without a leading zero, for example 4915112345678 for a German number. The link is then https://wa.me/4915112345678.
Can I pre-fill a message?
Yes. Append ?text=Your%20message to the link. When scanned, the message is already entered in the chat and only needs to be sent.
Does the customer see my number?
When the chat opens, the number is shown like any WhatsApp contact. It is best to use a business number.
Is my data stored?
No. The code is generated in your browser, so your number is not sent to FairQR.
